Bad day today.. super i tell u. started with a bus accident this morning at amk, the school bus flipped after colliding with another bus... a smrt (trans island) bus.. thn the news of a fellow police officer killed himself.. hai~! to think that i have just seen him a few days ago in the stn... now.. passed away.. shot himself in his head.. after that came the news of a outrage of modesty incident... whereby we searched high n low for the culprit but to no avail. finally came an arrest case of a insane man... this one consumed alot of our energy.. coz he is damn big size.. alot of strength to pin him down and even more strength to push him into our car.. a total of 6 men i tell u.. thats how jia lak it was... hai~! one got bitten on his buttocks, i've got a kick from him, two other officers injured their fingers. now thats what u call cruel. to officers that is. haha...


was rather happy when the bad shift was over... went to do some gym work and running before debriefing and returning home (finally doing something that i should have done long ago, injured la.. bo bianz) muscles aching now but.. shiok! haha.. thinking of swimming and gym tomorrow as well.. shall i? hee... but on night shift leh... hmm....
