Oh ya, finally managed to have some time to do some updates here. Yep.
Anyway, everything's been good so far. Still doing fine with my work at citibank, toodar is going to come back in april for a longer time (she has a flight back), everything is smooth sailing. Ha. Now i understand the difference between student life and work life. In work life.. its really work-home-sleep schedule. Coz probably by the time u r done for the day, u would have little energy to do other stuffs. All u feel like doing is to grab yr dinner, slack at home, watch some tv or doing yr personal stuffs thn sleep. Its only till weekends thn u'll really feel like heading out, staying late and relax. Seriously, Im really impressed with people who tell themselves that they must jog or exercise 3 times a week. And they do it! The level of discipline to do that is super HIGH. Hai~! Sadly though, on my part, exercising or doing sports has been really going downhill. It used to be 2 times a week, heading to the gym or pool.. Well. USED TO. Ha. Now? once a week? Damn im getting slimmer as well. And i hate it. As much as i want to grow bigger in size, funny enough, it just goes the other way. -.-" Well to be exact, im not exercising enough, so ya. That explains y im in this state. Bleah. Chee Mun, Chee Mun. Time to buck up and do some serious gym work or exercise. Arghh. I keep telling myself that, but once i step into my house, the mindset will change automatically and says... tomorrow. -.-" Discipline...Flat 0. Haha...
Heh. On my own future. Well, its still either to kill that thought completely or getting the job. Yes, you guessed it SIA. Had in mind of this air-steward job for the longest time, but kept denying myself from trying it. Well, this upcoming one, Im just going for it. To kill that little thought maybe? Of coz it'll be good if i get in, but well, its still positive even though I didn't get in, coz at least, a part of me will say. Thats it. Move on. And this won't trouble me any longer. Had been contradicting myself all this while.. kept saying I will not go.. i will not go.. but in my heart, i wanted to go and try. Damn. Now is the time.
You may ask, ok mun, what if, you didn't get it. Whats next?
Well, if i didn't get in, thn i think it may be time for me to get a degree. A part time mass comm degree most likely. And change my job to a non-sales job in a bank. After the degree, i may change back to be a Relationship Manager, or some marketing department in a bank. Thats how it seems so far.
And if u were to get in?
Great. Start flying, save money and do some business some years later.
Well, all these are just thoughts. Whether will it happen, it still depends. But i know i would want to stay in the banking industry if possible. Ha.
And.. On toodar.
Everything is good between us, going to be 1/2 yr soon. Didn't even realise that time really flies. Well, its still an early stage of a relationship. Besides, what we are looking at, is the future and not now. Ha. She's been doing well there too. Getting independent and knowing what she wants, which is good of coz. Can see that she has a much stronger character now than before she left. Well, everyone is changing constantly, and a couple will have to see how we can adapt to the changes around us and grow together. :)
On friends..
The cliq has been great of coz. All of us are out of the national service thing and doing our own work, exploring into our own individual career.. Chris is still working at his 14days week job, but he intends to quit real soon as he really needs to find time for himself n such. Ryan is lost, currently freelancing and trying to start a career in the media industry.. Mark is pursuing his studies in hospitality soon, and gonna work part time meanwhile.. Darius.. well.. getting into interviews and also proceeding to US to study soon maybe? Heh. Fu.. Quitted his job. (which is good for him), currently freelancing as well and looking for a new job with better salary soon. QY. Still at embassy.. trying to quit? hhaha... Belle.. coming back to banking industry? Yep. Thats all the little updates abt them.. And ya. been into this blading craze recently? ha. Chris went to bought blades.. -.-" Good for him. Make sure he will use it. haha.. (I think this craze wont last long.. hahaha..) <-- im evil. haha..
And ya. Meetups has been limited to weekends, well. rather reasonable too.. coz with everyone busy with their own schedules.. its kinda hard to meet out in the evenings.. thn drag ourselves to work the next day. And for some of them.. even weekends they may be caught up with work. Yep. Thats working life for u. :) Enjoyz.
