Alright, time for some updates. heh. Well, as most of u might have know it by now, Im back to reservist. Yes. Not the typical slack police officer that u see out there but life practically like a recruit in the army. Everyday we'll have to get up at 6am and we'll have training/drills/whatever is there till late. Not forgetting things like trenching! Of course at times, there are interesting stuffs that we do as well, stuffs like how to storm into a building etc, very much like what u see in movies, special squad storming into a room etc.. alot of coordination and teamwork involved.. ha.. ok not till that extend but kinda near it. The uniform that we have is very similar to that of the army, just that ours is in blue. We too, have to don the helmet, sbo with water bottle etc.. arh, luckily there's no such thing as survival training whereby u'll be left out there in the woods? haha...

Anyway, a good news for myself as well. I've achieved a silver for my IPPT. (Heh, im still fit ok!) Quite happy with the results overall, but am seeing an increase of timing for my 2.4km run.. still, its thumbs up for myself. Ha.. The food intake for myself increased over there as well. BUT. When i went back to branch today to clear some emails and to do some survey stuffs that have to be submitted in asap, one of my colleagues came over.. "Aye Chee Mun.. How come you are back today? Hmm.. You look like you have grown thinner." OMG. Its that thin curse again! Toodar.. i need yr help to feed me more.. haha...

Well, another 4 more days to go before i can resume to my normal life again. Ha.. But its fun in a way, seeing a few of my squadmates after so long.. chatting with them and update each other on very other stuffs.. making new friends.. going through some shite together.. planning our ways how to beat other troops to the washing machines <-- im serious! haha.. We r using hand signals for the plans! hahaha... etc.
Important Note: Yes, pls just keep it once a yr. I dun really need too much of reservist. Thanks a million. Ha.

Alrighty time to do some work.. catch some sleep and enjoy the homely feeling for a while. haha.. peace out.

2 weeks came n go.. Same goes for toodar.. who has went back to doha..

The waiting game begins again. Ha.. Hopefully december i'll get to see her. Well, hopefully. Of coz if there's a sg flight for her in nov, the better. heh.

Now that she's back.. there's only one thing that is waiting for me next week. Reservist. Just the other day i received this whole box of stuffs for all NS men. Man.. i feel... old. hahah.. You know there's a difference between awaiting NS and reservist? just the sound of it feels old already. Arghh.

Anyway, on that bloody piece of uniform.. gone are the days of normal police uniform that u see daily.. now i have to wear the thick ones (the ones that were worn by the special operations force or rather, more commonly seen by the public.. the mrt task force's uniform)

Take it as a break and go in there to suffer. ha. Congratulate me pls.

At the same time, there are other projects that come in at the same time. -.-"

For no reason, i was being nominated as the chairman of this Kids @ work thing with DBS.. I really have to manage my time properly to do all these things concurrently with my reservist on going. (Didnt i just say reservist is for me to take a break?! not so it seems.)

Not forgetting.. there's the recruitment exercise for the next batch of FEs. Hmm.. im looking forward to this though.. to see how the bank is going to grab those top 20% students and what they are going to offer to keep this FE programme going. Oh, in case you dunno what i meant by Fes, Its Financial Executives. (the one im in.) And yes, basically, this whole programme trains u up to be a holistic banker with knowledge on everything, sets a level above other Relationship Managers or Personal Financial Managers and will groom u into a future branch manager, etc.. anyone interested? ha. Next slot opening this coming jan. heh.

And on top of that.. i have other stuffs on going as well.. Some wedding videos to liaise with etc.. Ahh.. Im going nuts. heh.

Nah. im just complaining. heh. Boo.. Didn't update for too long.. come in here to give a shoutout? hahaha...
